Buddhist Roots

of Hypnothera sm

The core principles of Hypnothera sm grew out of Jesse Dean's lifetime of deep spiritual study and 38 years daily Buddhist practice and philosophy.  Hypnothera sm applies these principals to help anyone to access the deep wisdom of buddhism to bring forth their unlimited inner potential.

In the Lotus Sutra, the Buddha's final teaching, he taught that each person has within their life a reservoir of all the Wisdom, Courage, Strength and Compassion to take action to create a life of joy and contribution. Hypnothera sm  is a process that can empower a person to transform all obstacles and challenges in life  into benefit and victory. This is possible because a person's outer life condition and circumstances are a direct reflection of a person's  inner life condition.

Buddhism teaches that we all have the ability to respond to life's circumstances.  That we are in fact, infinitely "response-able" for our lives from the inside out.

Buddhism was one of the earliest philosophical systems breaking new ground in human thought that asserted that the power  to transform  life comes from within each person and not from some external supernatural being or force.  Through patient and compassionate dialog the Buddha taught  the law of cause and effect,  each person could, through self education and patient effort to improve oneself, each person could shape their own lives for a better present and future life.

Buddhism teaches that  because each person has this wonderful inherent potential within, they are worthy of respect and dignity no matter what their present circumstance or behavior maybe..

Hypnothera sm is a  method  to help awaken a person to the infinite value and power that they possess  within their own life. The writer,  Napoleon Hill asserts,  "Every adversity has within it the seed of an equivalent or greater  benefit."

If you are facing what feels like an insurmountable or adverse situation or condition in your life now, you have the opportunity to discover and use Hypnothera sm as a tool to help you turn tragedy into triumph  or poison into medicine.

Jesse Dean,  the founder of Hypnothera sm draws on his 41 years of Buddhist practice and 66 years of personal observation and  study of human potential to help you access your inner resources through the mirror of Hypnothera sm to make the rapid deep changes that you desire.

Hypnothea sm helps you access and expand   your inner resources quickly and safely

No matter what your cultural or educational roots,  Hypnothera offers you a way to access even more of what you have within you to move forward and win in your life. Hypnothera will reveal to you an inner light that will light your path for the rest of your life's journey.

Let’s talk about it

Many people think of communication simply as verbal communication, a straightforward way to get their message across to others people.

However, the messages you "think" and send to yourself, to your unconscious mind,  are in fact creating your reality moment  by moment and in most cases remain out of your conscious awareness or deliberate choice. A profound Buddhist principal applies.  "Our outer lives and circumstances are the exact reflection of  our inner world."

Hence a breakdown in our own internal communication can result in major obstacles and adversity in our lives, relationships and circumstances.

The old adage "Know thyself" is a fitting description of the beginning of the Hypnothera process as it offers you new perspectives and frames of reference to better understand and improve your inner communication in order to get the results that you seek.

Getting help with communication problems

Good internal communication skills don’t always come naturally. learning and applying elements of Hypnothera can help you improve your inner communication skills  with your unconscious mind to help you fulfill your potential in your personal and professional life.
